It was all so delicious and we will definitely again Scallion Noodles has great taste, but a little too oily for us so will likely happen next time. XLB we are good, but had little soup in them and maybe too much meat (if this is one thing)
CHINA Shanghai To stay with the various items on their special menu pages, it is to find some unique dishes from Shanghai and much less common than the favorite pork chops and dumplings. A convincing first order is Shanghai roasted rice cake $12.75), which combines these chewing, fried ovals with just a little pork and cabbage.
Very good dumplings. Meatball noodle soup was beautiful and comforting, but I felt the broth needed more taste. The honey walnut shrimp was moderate. I definitely go back, but probably with the dumplings.
Food at Muodo is not super healthy, but delicious and quite authentic. It reminds me of the food I eat 10 years ago in Shanghai. I recommend the rolls. Juicy and tasteful. Be careful, the soup inside the bungalow is hot. Muodu is popular with Asians here in South Bay. Parking is a lot and free. The wall decoration is bright orange. The room is filled with light.
We loved this place, very authentic! Service was good and the food delicious. Our daughter loved their steamed bun and meatball noodle soup. Tried a couple of their bowls of noodles in soup. Will be back to try more.
