At about £30 per person, their offer is so bad that it is almost a fraud. I had to ask her for a person. The least afternoon tea for 2 for £60 should have 2 of each article... this not! They had to get us some extra sandwiches, and the server admitted that he could see where I came from when I asked if this was for 1 person or 2. The scenarios came 15 minutes later... the explanation that they warmed them so they were warm. I think they were frozen scenes from a pack and they had no time to defy them and warm them to serve with the sandwiches. It's always a little red flag when the restaurant where you are is empty. This place could easily be 80 plus an additional 20 on their balcony, but during our just over an hour there.... I didn't see more than 6 people in total and that includes my wife and I. I am now convinced that offers on Opentable are only places that do not have a big deal or follow and thus lead to offers (that was a 1000-point table offer). That was a total waste of 60 pounds.
What a wonderful way to start our vacation in London! On the 12th floor, with a magnificent view of the Thames, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben in the distance, welcomed by Joia, who took care of every need and question. Beautiful experience!
Although the weather was not great, the staff and the view were amazing. Had a great time
The location offers stunning views of the river, but the afternoon tea was very bad. The hotel staff on the ground floor did not seem familiar with where to send visitors. The food was dried and clear that we had sent back for hours when the sandwiches were rock-hard. We had then replaced certain items and returned the tray. Even if the food was good (what it was not) the tea was bad value. However, the tea (drink) was very nice and the waiter was very attentive.
Very quiet place, not very good afternoon tea stale bread, cold scones and tea bags rather than leaves
