I haven't been to Bill's since the first one opened in Brighton. This recent experience was disappointing by comparison.
Food was delicious and so was the service. I was taken by by boys for my pre Birthday meal.
Really enjoyed our breakfast here and would definitely come again. I did though have major issues with the manager on duty. We arrived late for our reservation and one of the waiters was trying to find our booking and help us. The manager suddenly came up behind him and pushed him away and said she could do it. Even though he had it handled and was going to seat us. He seemed perfectly calpable. But she spoke down to him and it was clearly very rude in front of us as customers. She then got very upset with us that we were late for the reservation and proceeded to explain the whole booking system to us and the consequences of us being late. This was also when the restaurant was not very busy and there was no one waiting a open tables for us. She was incredibly rude to us not just the waiter. The only negative of this dining experience was this woman.
