Ideal temperature, we had dinner on the terrace overlooking the river and they raised the awnings just as the sun went down. Excellent food! First time here There is someone in the kitchen who definitely knows how to conjure up something incredibly delicious from excellent ingredients. The mushroom soup was a dream! The original Wiener Schnitzel was, at least on my personal hit list, extremely high. Tender meat, wrapped in a dreamy, fluffy, airy breading. My friend had a wonderful char, skillfully seared on the skin side. In short: a poem! We will DEFINITELY come back here.
We were allowed to spend a few days in June in the Auracher Löchl. The hotel is right on the Inn and the rooms are modern, very clean and spacious (suite). The staff is very friendly and courteous, happy to provide information and help immediately. The menu offers a lot of choice and the breakfast buffet leaves almost nothing to be desired. The guest cards even give you free access to the fortress, which is right above the hotel. The Stollen 1930 bar is a tip for gin lovers, but the Stollen is also highly recommended for people who like rum. In short, we were completely satisfied and would definitely like to come back.
We had dinner there with four people. Actually, we just wanted to eat a Kaiserschmarrn. But when we saw the dishes on the beautiful and heavy menu, everyone had a different wish. A hot chocolate was delivered lukewarm, but immediately made new after a complaint. However, the hot chocolate also tasted hot like cocoa from a can. Unfortunately, the Käsespätzle didn't taste like cheese in the slightest. Rather lukewarm. The wiener schnitzel and veal goulash were very good and saved the dining experience. The bang, however, was that one of our family, without asking whether they were finished and could clear it up, had the half-full salad plate and said cheese spaetzle pulled out from under their noses. I have never experienced anything like that in my 56 years. The staff was also very hectic, which we found very unpleasant. All in all, this leaves a bland aftertaste on this visit.
