Some of the food was served slightly overcooked, but otherwise, really great value with their deal of the day!

If I could give 0 stars, I would have done that, the food was only the worst ever had

2 hours waiting for food. Totally too expensive, but the live music was good!

Food not good. Baby back ribs dodgy sent one rack back replacement not much better . Cold beans toilet out of order. Won’t be back any time soon …

The staff were really helpful when we request to change table although they rushed our service because they said they need the table back.. we start eating 18:30 and at 19:40 we had already paid the bill which was 169£ for a table of 4. We have been to big easy before and we didn’t face this problem.. it doesn’t matter how busy you are or if you are over booked bare in mind that someone spend 170£ for 1:10min… Also the pull pork burger was tasteless the rib eye half of it was fat. The portion of buttered greens was approx 70gr the same was the portion of mash potato.
