Big Fernand - London

We had a table reserved, but the greeting did not seem able to work what we thought, and when the restaurant was full up, we ended up in the basement, which had a clear touch of drains, too loud music and little atmosphere. The burgers were very good, the chip order was wrong, but was quick and happy sorted, but a drink was served in a bottle whose edge was broken and this had to be pointed out. Our special server was very pleasant and friendly but always coming down to ask if we wanted to order, then have to go and get something to order.

This is the perfect restaurant for anyone who wants a taste of France. After I moved to Britain for a few years, I missed many things about France. The food transported me home, above all. In addition to the super friendly staff and the convenient location. This is a perfect restaurant.

That was the second time I went to the Big Fernand. Both times the burgers were delicious, very good quality/price ratio. The place is very relaxed, with friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Not too crowded, at least at the times I left. The staff was fast and the food came fast.

Delicious French burgers in Big Fernand. We all enjoyed the burgers (2 adults 2 children). The service was impeccable. The place is a little small, but cozy. Prices are fair for the high quality of burgers.

Best burgers we had every had and the French fries reminded of walking round Cherbourg eating French fries as a child!! Very good value for money.
