Slightly embarrassing and imho odd since flat white was served in a cup without a handle which is of course unusual and not safe.for the elderly and disabled.

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment on 16/02/2023 at approximately 14:00. During my visit, I encountered an issue with one of your staff members. Despite my efforts to maintain civility, I was met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism from a woman, approximately 18-25 years old, with her hair tied up. Specifically, after requesting a cappuccino in a plastic cup, I was initially served the beverage in a mug. Upon notifying the staff member of the error, she poured the cappuccino into a plastic cup without addressing the temperature change, resulting in an unsatisfactory drink. When questioned, her response was dismissive and delivered with a rude attitude. Unfortunately, the busy environment prevented me from addressing the issue further at the time, and I left the cafe without my cappuccino. However, I felt it necessary to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that appropriate action will be taken to ensure a more positive experience for future customers

I bought a cup of soup. It turned out only half cup. This is the third time it happened! I found it’s very misleading. They should have priced soups by full cup or half cup…at least we can make a choice

I ordered some different food and liked them, especially the spinach and cheese roll. I think it is a bit expensive

Really friendly staff, the pecan cinnamon crumb cake is to die for!
