Bill's Restaurant Bar Victoria - London

Terrible service yesterday. We requested uktiple waiters multiple tines through the evening for drinking water, kept having to chase. Same with spoons for the kids meals Sane with one particular drink order (ginger ale). 7 of us were squashed onto a table upstairs. The restaurant wasn't busy so they should have given us a bigger table We decided to pay using the table QR code. The system kept glitching, took far too long. And then both bill payers had to check their cards hasn't been over charged I've been to this branch of Bills many many times and we've never had such poor service

It was fine. The greeter and a colleague ignored me on arrival and weren’t very friendly. It took ages for a drink to be served while waiting staff stood around chatting. The food came quickly and was fine, but not outstanding. It was OK for pre-theatre dining but I will try elsewhere next time.

Food was very good, tasty and good value with discount voucher. Nice spritzer to start meal. Was let down by bad service. Water and a beer was ordered but not served. No one came to explain partying at table; nor how to use voucher and then tried to add a tip on to an already added on service charge (which although stated it was optional was already added to total). Ambience was ok but no real atmosphere, especially after early evening diners left. Would go back again, but will not be rushing back to the Victoria venue.

I had a pleasant experience at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I had a voucher, but the communication with the staff was a bit confusing. Although it was eventually applied to the bill, I would have appreciated if they had explained the process better.

The restaurant was very busy but despite there being plenty of staff, service was slow. We had to ask about gluten free options and were then given a separate menu, so took even longer. The menu options were different from those on the website so we had to look again. I forgot to use my discount code, my fault but some restaurants ask if you have one. Overall not the best.
