A lot of young untrained staff. A couple of veterans saved our date, though. The latest menu changes (pick and mix) not great. Update: After terrible food experience at another branch (Gatwick) this looks like a systemic problem the quality of food and service has gone down. Huge let down. Pull up your socks and do better.

The service at this restaurant was excellent and the food was exceptional. We now make it a point to visit for lunch every time we are in London.
