Contribuisci feedbackDisappointed that we arrived at 2030 for Valentine and it took up to 2200 to get our meal. The employees were very apologetic and not their fault, but we are now again normal and accused covid for lack of quality and service in a 5-star hotel is tired, especially as the prices to eat in these days have risen. The waitress who served us was amazing and offered us some free drinks that were welcomed. Reviews mark the waiting time for service....come on Marriott Your game up!
Caesar salad without chicken ordered. It took 52 minutes to come with chicken. 20 minutes to get the chicken removed. Just a few mouthfuls to bump into more chicken. Kitchen doesn't work. Wait staff nice, but deals with several complaints. The salad with or without meat was not worth the money. Hardly filled the plate. Tasteless! I was hungry. What a goodbye!
Very disappointed that the tea 't contain refills and £5 per cup seems excessive. The food was generally delicious, but expensive for the amount. My dessert, Christmas Eton measurement was just terrible, too sweet, excess cream and not much more. Also not for the attention of another customer, but no employees to help. Not recommended or revised.

Despite having booked months ago and having waited at our table for over 30 minutes, we were told to be patient as they were short staffed. When the afternoon eventually arrived, it was so disappointing. The sandwiches were lacklustre, the scones cold and the cakes non discript. This was meant to be a special celebration not to be so. The prices on the website are wrong would not go back!
