I was thrilled to discover a gelato shop nearby, and after reading the website, I was even more excited. The website claimed that the gelato and sorbet were dairy and gluten-free, as well as low-fat, and that you would receive a free waffle cone. Unfortunately, I found out that the gelato was not dairy or gluten-free when I double-checked with the salesman. I was able to warn my friends who are intolerant before they got sick. To make matters worse, I was charged for a cone to go with my scoop of gelato, even though the price board stated that the cone was free. The salesman explained that the manager said the free cone was only for two scoops or more. The gelato was good, but neither I nor my friends will be returning due to the misleading information on the website and the unhelpful sales staff.

The waffle was satisfactory, but the ice cream served with it was unpleasant. It tasted like chemicals and was served in a white cup that seemed to come from a machine behind the register, not the refrigerator. The service was disappointing, as the new staff was unwelcoming and disrespectful. Despite the mediocre dessert, I have no intention of returning to this restaurant.

I always come to this restaurant to get milkshakes for my work team, so I always place a large order. Every time I visit, I enjoy having a chat with the staff. The service is very fast and friendly, and they always go above and beyond - they even offered to help me take the milkshakes across the road! The customer service is excellent and the products are lovely. I highly recommend this place!

Ordered on ubereats, sent the wrong food after waiting almost an hour for something that was supposed to take 20 minutes. Called to say order was wrong staff were extremely rude with attitude issues and said they can’t do anything if the order was wrong apart from offer 2 scoops of ice cream on next delivery. They said they can’t send out what they missed we have to get a refund from uber eats, morons. Strawberries were gone off and staff were so rude. Getting a full refund from uber, £22 for some dessert and they can’t even get the order right. Don’t ever order from these morons, worst experience ever.
