The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the breakfast was excellent. It offered everything you could desire. The food was delicious! But what really made the experience stand out was the outstanding staff, especially Albino who was extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place.

This is a hidden gem in London. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my daughter and from my first breakfast I was greeted with a very warm welcome from Albino who knows the names of every single guest and always smiling and friendly with everyone. Asrar is another great team member who is making amazing coffee and so friendly as well. And their manager Cesar who is taking care of every single detail 24/7. I wish I got all the names of the staff as all of them deserve a big recognition. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a nice variety . The dinner menu offers a delicious Italian selection. Simply this is a must try restaurant. Grazie squadra

Albino was a fantastic maître d’, attending to our every need from wine pairing recommendations to a special order for our bambino. His personal professional approach made our dining experience sensational.

The breakfast buffet here was an unexpected delight. They had a huge assortment of fruits, pastries (including gluten free varieties), classic English Breakfast options, juices, coffees/teas, breads, cheeses, meats, and more. They even made me a top notch coconut milk cappuccino. Albino and his staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and make sure I had an outstanding experience. On top of that, you can tell the staff loves working here and are like a family to each other. I only wish I had more time so I could try dinner here too!

Albino wa amazing. The food was Devine and everyone working there was so great. Highly recommend!!!
