A nice place to chat : I had walnut bun but the taste was so so. Maybe it is better in the morning.
Fabrique, originally from Stockholm, is one of our favorite bakeries in NYC. London is another city with its branches. We were thrilled to find a familiar spot in a different country. The decor resembles the one in New York—simple, bright, and cozy. While the bakery options were a bit different, the signature cinnamon roll and baguette were still on the menu. We tried a almond croissant, and it was incredibly delicious and fresh!
I was pleasantly surprised to come across this place, especially since I was a big fan of the one in the Chelsea/WV area in New York! I ordered a cardamom beer, which was delicious, although it didn't taste as fresh as I had hoped. I didn't get a chance to try the coffee this time, but maybe next time! The staff were very sweet and friendly!
Sunday morning, following a Saturday night, called for some comforting sweet carbs and coffee. This little café was a delightful find. The staff were very friendly, though patience is required as it tends to get busy. When we visited, it was quite popular. The almond tied buns were a bit dense, but definitely delicious. The coffee (flat white) was creamy and had just the right hint of nuttiness to complement it perfectly. It’s such a charming spot that I’ll definitely be on the lookout for more locations around the city.
