This restaurant is in a great location and offers a diverse menu. However, despite not being very busy, we found ourselves waiting quite a bit for our food. It took a long time for our sashimi sushi to arrive after we had ordered. The vegetable Katsu curry was lukewarm at best and had to be sent back, and the miso soup was only slightly warm. We had high hopes for Feng Sushi, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. It seems like we just had some bad luck.
The sushi at this restaurant offers excellent value and numerous vegetarian options. However, due to the affordable prices, the freshness of the sushi may not be top-notch. Despite this, we find ourselves coming back as it satisfies our sushi cravings without emptying our wallets. Unfortunately, the service can be slow sometimes, possibly because the staff is busy fulfilling takeaway orders.
The food took ages, it was cold in there, the waitress was clearly new. She was sweet but terrible. She didnt come over once in the 20mins after we had finished our food, and there didnt seem to be anyone there to help her. We had to ask twice, till she did it. The food was nice but nothing special.
Went there for a family lunch as we were in the neighbourhood we had a late lunch but still were surprised that only 2 tables (including ours) were taken, service was prompt but somewhat detached. Otherwise, the food is pleasant but with no sparkle, udon portions are massive.
