Hache Burgers - London

Lovely interior, lovely staff, DELICIOUS burgers… But the banoffee pie was the best finish to our meal Definitely recommend.

Service was dreadful. We had the Haché app which offers all day happy hour, the waitress claimed this wasn’t true even though the app T&Cs said it was. When we pulled up the app to dispute she then said it was limited to the shoreditch branch, again I pointed out that the T&Cs said it was all branches and she proceeded to roll her eyes and claim that she was doing us a favour by honouring the deal. It was clear that the staff wanted to take advance of it being Valentines Day and not enforce any offers. However food was exceptional, one of the best burgers I’ve had for a while with great sides. Following the meal we found that our bill had an extra burger added on not sure if this was added on in spite?!? All in all, great food let down by poor customer service.

I had a delicious burger and milkshake. We had a very enjoyable birthday meal for my son. It was excellent.

Ordered a truffle burger, with rosemary fries, and a chicken and avocado salad. The burger looked very different from the website photos and we were disappointed that the 'truffle burger in a croissant ' was not available, even though it was described as a 'signature dish '. The only truffle burger option is served in a brioche bun. The salad was pretty good a surprisingly pleasant mix of hot chicken and cold salad (normally the chicken would be cold to avoid wilting the salad? Quite expensive for the size of the meal (no starter or dessert , however it was freshly cooked and well presented.
