Overall unimpressed food wasn’t very good and the ambience was overly dark far better places in london to go fine at especially for this cuisine

Great place, however, we booked a table for 10:30pm (post theater) and they only let us know when we arrived that the kitchen closed at 10:45. Had a very rushed meal, which was not ideal. Totally understand that we had a late booking, but some forward notice of what time the kitchen closes would be helpful. Either that, or don't accept food reservations past 10pm?

The chili squid remains as good as ever We had the veg fried rice, great taste but guys broken jasmin rice at this price The beef rib is excellent, but just a reheat jobby The spicy prawns are just a few steamed prawns in a good sauce Maybe we chose badly but at 300 for 2, I think some old fashioned good cooking is required I get the staff problems, I get that very few were open on Christmas Eve, but being an icon means investment and really hard work I will return, but I’ll give you two years.

Waitress was not the sort of person to have as clearly didn’t want to be there for this price you expect them to be happier and more engaging . Sommelier was great though and food nice.

Delicious Chinese restaurant in london. we had the special menu for £39, which is an excellent deal.
