The Hothouse - London

Great lunch food! I had the Egyptian Fuul and the people I was with shared the Baba Ganoush and a Vegetable Ciabatta. All round delicious food and not too expensive! The falafel that came with my food were pretty good

Completely dissatisfied with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Full English Breakfast with tea, and they arrived together as requested. However, the tea was served in a small espresso cup on a saucer, and I had to ask for milk as it came in a milk jar with a lid. The breakfast itself was as advertised, but the plate it was served on was cold, causing the food to quickly cool down. The eggs were undercooked, and the plate was too small for the serving, resulting in the toasted bread falling off. The atmosphere was good, and the initial waitress was adequate, but no one checked in to see if everything was satisfactory. If they had, I would have expressed my dissatisfaction then and there.

The service was very friendly and the coffee was super hot. The pastries were good, but we didn't request for them to be warmed up.

We had an amazing full English breakfast at The Hothouse this summer! The owner and wait staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious! As a special touch, the owner even gave us a pint glass as a gift when I offered to purchase it. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you.

The koshari is excellent! Also surprisingly hard to find this dish being served in London but fortunately they have it right here in Chiswick
