Contribuisci feedbackI often come here with a friend of mine and the staff know us and ask about how we are doing. I love the variety of meats and oh boy the quantities!
The owner acknowledged the delays and admitted to feeding some of the promised meats to other customers, leaving us with only frozen options. We expressed our dissatisfaction with the service and were offered a £15 discount on our £127 bill after some argument. We were already planning to never return when the owner made a comment about our private conversation regarding better restaurants, implying that we were not welcome back. I have never had to speak to a restaurant owner about their rude behavior in my 52 years on this planet. While 50% of the food was acceptable, the overall experience was disappointing. Other steakhouses offer complimentary roast pineapple and cinnamon, whereas this place charges extra for a minimal amount of cinnamon. I believe that the positive reviews for this restaurant are exceptions, not the norm. The owner seems to be in denial about the quality of service and human interaction in this business. I recommend staying away from this place to avoid unnecessary aggravation. You would likely have a better experience at McDonald's.
I was very disappointed with the food, service, and the owner's behavior at this restaurant. When I mentioned that I was not satisfied with the food, the owner responded rudely and told us not to return. I informed him that I had already made that decision before he began being rude to us.
I brought my mother here to try the steak and we both loved it! The food was fresh, clean, and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Two of us went and the service was extremely disappointing with both food and service. The food was basically the same meat but in different flavours which tasted the same. The person in charge of the restaurant that day was not giving privacy as he was sitting right behind us. When we didnt finish some of the meat he went on to inform how expensive it is and therefore indirectly telling us to not waste food and therefore we felt pressured. Also they failed to make it clear the pineapple was charged extra as they brought it to the table as if it was part of the buffet deal. Definitely wasted money and would have rather gone to nando's next door!!!
