Contribuisci feedbackOur visit to this restaurant was disappointing. It was very quiet, with only about 15 people eating. My colleague and I shared a Tomahawk steak, which ended up being more expensive than we were told. We had to wait 20 minutes for our starters, and then another 50 minutes for our main course. When it finally arrived, we had to send it back to the kitchen to be reheated because it had been sitting out and gotten cold. Our waiter Matteo started off nice but became less helpful once it came time to pay the bill. The bill included a 12.5% service charge, which I was considering asking to have removed. Overall, I would not choose to visit this restaurant again.
All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. This place is amazing for steaks and bourbon.
The cuisine was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. We had to request additional drinks and then watched as they sat on the bar for an extended period before being brought to our table. For a luxury 5-star hotel, I expected a higher level of service.
Foodcit constant here but it’s a shame about the cauliflower Gratin is terrible please change back
