Poor service, wrong order, I definitely would not go back there. Apart from the central location and the nice setting, there is nothing worth going there. And even then, there are plenty of better places right next to it.

Horrible experience! I have been in the service industry my whole life and have never experienced such terrible customer service as I did here. A blonde young lady who went out of her way to be rude and seemed to be taking some enjoyment in doing so. I am sure you do not rely on repeat business as your location allows you to simply get different tourists every day, but surely as the business owner/s you are interested in getting feedback on how your staff are representing you? If so, please reply and I will be more specific about just how terrible this employee of your is as her attitude was disgraceful.

Visited with a friend, ordered a tea and chicken avocado sandwich. The avocado was brown so I sent it back. Also there was only filling in 1/3 of the sandwich. All contents were in the middle so it looks ok when cut. I changed the order to a mozzarella in ciabatta and there were only 2 thin slices of mozzarella in the whole thing! Wish we’d gone to the place next door.

Amazing place amazing staff and amazing food We went there for my son’s birthday day and had a great time Ahmed and Ozgar and Vidayana were really wonderful and looked after us so well. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Recommend this place highly good value for money. We had club sandwiches and there amazing cappuccino’s. Wish they did Turkish tea and Kunife . Stopped for a sandwich and coffee wow doesn’t do it justice the lamb baguette was amazing as was the chicken avocado sandwich staff were very good coffee was spot on would definitely go again 5 stars all the way
