I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff. The owner was particularly disrespectful when I tried to address issues with my order; instead of listening, she shouted at me and hung up the phone. This is the second time I've encountered poor customer service here, and it's especially disappointing coming from the owner. The entire restaurant could benefit from focusing on professionalism. Overall, I would rate the food and service as a 1 out of 5.
