La Patagonia - London

This is a restaurant I have wanted to visit for some time, we finally went on a Friday night and the experience was excellent. There were six of us and we had a table near to the open grill area where we could see delicious cuts of meat cooking slowly. The heat from the grill was quite intense but it was a cold night outside so I enjoyed it. The staff were attentive and accommodating, the restaurant was full and had a lively ambiance. Best of all was the food, the meat was probably better than I had anywhere in Argentina and there was plenty of it. The recommended Malbec was a very pleasant wine and went well with it. Six clean plates told the story.

I don't think he's a faithful representative of Argentine roast.

Fantastic food as always. The overall ambience feels really authentic and is great fun and also comfortable. The service is exceptionally friendly. A great place.
