Lucky Cat By Gordon Ramsay - London

This is a fantastic restaurant! It was my first visit, and I would highly recommend it without any hesitation. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely, even on a Sunday night at 8 PM.

Very disappointed by the latest meal here. the food was underseasoned, cold and with the smallest portions. the service was not amusing, almost felt like they did not want us there. will not go back. I think it was the day.

The dining experience was enjoyable but not exceptional. The service was satisfactory, though not outstanding. It seems there may be a disconnect between the expectations set by their branding (aiming for a Gordon Ramsay-level quality) and the reality of their offerings, which seem more aligned with wanting to be superior to chains like P.F. Chang's. I would be willing to return, but likely with a smaller group, as I don't feel they manage larger parties very well.

The food was outstanding—every dish was delightful. The decor created a relaxing atmosphere, and the music was just perfect. However, our waiter left much to be desired. His strong accent made it hard to understand him, and he had a somewhat unfriendly demeanor. Interacting with him was quite difficult. Gordon, I suggest you address the issues with your staff.

Sashimi slices not fully seperated by chef, which isnt on! Service excellent and ambience lovely.
