I've been with my family since I was a child. now they create 20 years to perfect the food. the atmosphere is always warm, because of the great hospitality that simply intervenes constructively with the delicious food that helps create a fabulous experience.
They may not offer the extravagance of fancy airlines where you get what you pay for, but the atmosphere is quite simple. Join me on an evening out at a ‘no-frills’ restaurant in Kensington, a place known for its high expectations. For years, my husband and I have hosted an end-of-summer drinks party for our friends at our home, with catering by one of London’s best professionals who happens to be a good friend of mine. This talented cook has experience catering for a variety of events, always maintaining a reasonable and down-to-earth approach. She suggested we try a small Iranian restaurant called Mohsen, which she was sure we would enjoy, especially after our recent visit to Iran. And so, on a dreary October night, the four of us found ourselves at Mohsen, eager to experience its offerings.
This small restaurant is well-organized and clean, with friendly staff. The food is delicious, especially the Ash Reshteh (Persian green, bean, and noodle soup). This soup is not on the menu, but is made especially for cold weather.
I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious kebabs and rice. The ambiance is cozy and clean, the service is excellent. Don't forget to try the tea and their delicious faloodah dessert at the end of your meal.
