Mulberry Street Pizza - London

New Yorker living in London on a quest for good pizza this did not make the cut at all.

Yet again tried the pizzas here worst delivery service ever had 55 mins and stone cold phoned up for replacement then had to wait another 40 to 60 mins for

I did it. the slices of pepperoni pizza were delicious! absolutely authentic nyc and a joy to eat. the garlic bread was also great. I ordered however by uber eats and had to call mulberry to check in my order. the person I have spoken. bad customer service skills. if that wasn't the case, mulberry pizza would get 5/5 instead of my 4/5. in any case recommended and I will be in and or order delivery directly soon.

I read the reviews about the delivery but thought I would give them one away as there was a recommendation from a very picky friend of mine. is not as if I listen to the other reviews. I have an order online about their website for delivery....I received a delivery time of 35 min, the pizza took 1.5 hours to come. when I cried around the 35-min brand to see if the pizza had left, it turns out that the order number they have for me was different from that on my order confirmation, so it took them a bit to find the order, but they said it was abandoned. an hour later the pizza arrived cold (they also changed my apt number somehow in the ordering process) and it was the wrong pizza. finally forget to deliver the piece of cake I ordered. pizza was ok. not recommended for the service.

The pizza here is good, but pay attention to a sharp practice when it comes to tips. I was at an earlier visit to london and remembered that the pizza was good while in the opposite thought we were going to lunch here. 4 of us on the same table, 2 pizzas, 2 chips, 2 corona, desperado and coke. When I went to pay, I was told that they had made 2 bills (I paid for everyone, so no idea why they would take them, but I will pay both anyway. the type ringed through the bill, but the credit card machine did not show a carry, but I thought it could only pay the cost of pizza chips and 2 so drink, then paid again. the banking app has appeared on my handy, and I would be charged over £70. I know the prices are extreme and the fact that the place had only one copy of their new price menu not help, but on closer review I discovered that we calculated 2 discrete service fees of 12.5% this is not a big or infamous place and 12.5% is steep but to insult, he came only to one table and only once. When I pointed out, he got a calculator (whether it didn't work when he handed £2 to me, which is far from the accusations. he has me on a good day as I couldn't be disturbed, but I suggest they confirm all prices before they buy something here. for my part I will not be back and I have learned not to be so trustful.
