Nicely decorated restaurant with friendly staff. The food is as good as always. My favourite is the lemon herb chicken!
Always a pleasure to visit Nandos at Elephant Castle with friendly staff and quality food. The staff are always up beat and will ensure that you enjoy your visit.
This Nandos is one of the best in this area. Staff was absolutely brilliant, friendly and helped where they could. Food delicious and well presented, everything came in the right time. I believe during the pandemic it is a bit challenging to serve people in a different way then they used to it but they were completely on top of it. Manager James was his name tag made sure with every table they are okay, he is a lovely person and very professional. I feel sorry for them dealing sometimes with people who does not want to understand the new system due to pandemic, but Insugges for them to go somewhere else rather then giving hard time for the staff, who are working hard and trying to make sure everything is great
Service was around all the time. The food was great but the forgot our olives which I remembered as we were leaving so took it as a take away. We wanted to coffee but looked over at where the coffee machine was and it had cleaning bottles and clothes on the counted and a black plastic kettle with a nescafe jar that didnt look very inviting to have in a restaurant.
