I booked a window seat which was a extra £5pp and the views ambiance was amazing. Such an amazing way to enter my birthday. I was running a little bit late but the staff were still incredibly friendly attentive. They made sure that we were happy with the food and had everything we needed. We visited the Oblix Restaurant at The Shard for my Birthday. Whilst booking I specifically selected the option to guarantee a table window for an extra £5 per person which would be added to our bill on the evening. When we arrived we weren’t given a window table so I advised the member of staff seating us. After a few conversations, the issue was resolved and we are taken to a window table. When booking a window table, check your booking confirmation and ensure it states window table to avoid disappointment. The rest of the evening and the food was exceptional. My partner is hard to please and he was over the moon. Great food, cocktails, wine, service and the bill was reasonable. We will definitely return with friends when next in London.

Lovely evening , very good food and wines but it was Giuseppe C’s attentive service that made all the difference . Very recommendable

I met a friend for lunch today and brought my 18 month old son with me. I was a little worried that it would be a bit too posh to bring a baby (and just too posh for us in general! But we wanted to go somewhere nice and glad we did as we were made to feel so welcome. The staff were excellent, all extremely friendly and kind to us and the food was delicious. We had the set lunch menu which had some great choices and everything was really great. Obviously the views are excellent and it was a great experience

Fantastic experience staff (justo Danielle) looked after us and helped make the whole adventure first class. Would recommend to everyone and will go back
