However, it took a long time to figure out the split payments on the machine, and when we finally did, we realized that the bill was incorrect. We felt almost like we were being blamed for the mistake. Overall, we were disappointed and won't be returning.
The food at this restaurant was fantastic and very tasty. The service was decent, although we had to request the side dishes as they didn't come out with our meals initially, but they arrived promptly. The dining area was quiet and didn't have much of an atmosphere, likely due to the lack of customers on a midweek night. There was a piano in the room, but no one was playing it. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with delicious food, but I would recommend choosing the night to visit carefully.
The food was excellent, but the atmosphere was lacking. The restaurant was clean and the staff were satisfactory.
Lovely people, great food and a special ambience as the pianist was playing in the corner near our table. A memorable experience
Very slow service, booked for 12, wasn’t allowed in until 12:20. Took 15 mins to order and we notified the waitress that we had to leave at 2 for our theatre show, steak was lovely then dessert took 30 mins to come out so we had to leave before it was served to us. So we only got two courses and had to rush out. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have nothing planned for the day. 2 hours should have been enough for 3 courses co side ring the tables were virtually empty and saw around 5 staff to our table. Disappointed for the money as we also spent £45 there on top of voucher for 2 courses.
