Was impressed with the concept of the Confessional Club but, as were 8 of us, it was not really made clear how cramped it would be in the booth which only really accommodates 6 maximum. Nevertheless, service and ambience was great and we were well looked after. Overall a great experience!
Daniel was a fantastic host! We will be back again.
I was a bit disappointed, the waiter wasn't dressed as a priest, especially on Halloween weekend. And you couldn't order food, you had to go upstairs. I think they're changing this in the next few weeks. The service was a bit slow, but when you can't see anyone else it's hard to judge how busy the place is. Overall I had a great time, it's brilliant place if you want a cocktail and a chat. Also note on the website it said booking were for 90 minutes and if you booked from 9:30 onward, and you would have the table for the rest of the night. But on the night we were told we only had the table for 60 minutes, however since they didn't have anymore bookings, they did let us stay til closing anyway.
Always a pleasure to have dinner here ! The staff is lovely, the food is good, the ambiance is nice !
A lovely little area beneath the much busier Pix bar I guess not a lot of people know it exists. The music in the confessionals is great and very different from that played upstairs. Food is great, a platter at £7.50 per person is very good value, especially in London. The cocktails are at London prices but still reasonable value. Service was a *touch* slow given the 90 minute slots they offer, which is a tiny bit frustrating. If you'd like privacy, some nice drinks and good food, you'd find it hard to beat Pix.
