Radio Rooftop - London

It was a nice reception to use the lifts at the top where the restaurant is located as part of the ME hotel. Great view. we had to sit inside, as the wind blown the floor out of the plants next to us on the table. The nice lady has placed us inside, which was much more beautiful. My friends enjoyed the cocktails they found strong, although they were pretty sweet last time so went for a whisky. The food was great, we shared a few small plates and they all came at once. It was pretty quiet for a Friday, but it was still a good experience about it. Three times here. Padron peppers are good and the Squid/Calamari. I found the Lamb-Abit-Cauy, but my friend enjoyed it.

Alright, but service was slow. We had expected more after having read all reviews carefully. The drinks and food were nice but nothing spectactular.

There’s no denying that the bar is in a prime location, with fantastic views across the South Bank and to the City and St Paul’s. We found the staff to be friendly and efficient, and service was pretty good though late afternoon early evening in mid January, it wasn’t too busy. We were there just for drinks. The cocktail menu (considering it is a cocktail bar) is quite limited, but we were told they can do all the classics. So why no menu with the classics (and prices) included? Anyway, we ordered classics with no idea what the bill would be fine if your surname is Rockerfeller, Gates or Bezos, not so great if you’ve turned up off the street like most folk! In short, a potentially fantastic bar, but more transparency needed. If the nearby Strand Palace Hotel can do that, then so can Radio Bar.

Located at the top of the ME Hotel building, it is an ideal place to have a drink (very nice cocktails) or meal enjoying its city views, with a very professional staff, especially Raquel who gave us a very good service

Absolutely awful... the service was ridiculously slow, after 20 minutes of sitting at the table no one had been anywhere near us, so I went to the bar to check if we ordered from the bar or from our table... I was told it was table service so returned for someone to come over. After another 5 minute wait someone came over and took out order... which took a further 10 minutes to arrive at our table. We enquired from our server about portion sizes to try not to over our under order. She was rude and unhelpful and walked off leaving us to work it out for ourselves. We grabbed another server and placed our order which took 45 minutes to show up. It was very expensive, the food wasn't good and it was exceptionally bad value for money.
