I felt as though I was being invited into someone's home with a warm welcome at this restaurant. The staff explained the menu and provided recommendations. The food was delicious, flavorful, and unique. It was a wonderful experience overall.

I chose the tasting menu with non-alcoholic pairings at this restaurant. The service was a bit mixed, with the pairing being good but clumsy and not well-timed with the dishes. I had to ask three times for the pairings. The restaurant wasn't full at the time. The signature dish was full of flavors (Arepa, Eggplant sambal, Bergamot Labneh), but then I received the BBQ Corn Fed Chicken, Turnip cake, Cubeb pepper caramel served raw and pink. I made timid excuses, but they didn't take my plate away. I was expecting them to replace it, but they took their time and timidly asked if I wanted a piece of fish instead. I was hungry and wanted to eat something. Luckily, I had ordered an extra dish that wasn't part of the tasting menu, and they said they wouldn't charge me for it at the end (a small gesture of £12), but they ended up charging me £20 for service in the end. I was stuck with my plate of raw chicken for 15 more minutes, and the overall experience was a letdown. I won't be returning.
