I visited this place for the top shakes in London, but why do the staff have to look so gloomy? Is the job really that terrible? Can't they manage to give a smile?

The milkshakes are delicious and the kids enjoy selecting and watching them being prepared, but they are quite pricey for essentially just a candy bar blended into ice cream. We only indulge in them occasionally as a special treat.

Even though the staff is very friendly and helpful, it's difficult to get too excited about this restaurant, which essentially serves pure refined sugar dishes. The extensive menu isn't all that impressive when you consider that this restaurant is a franchise and their menu is quite limited in scope.

I get some weird looks when I order in hereMostly from my wife who tells me that I order the wrong things and that her milkshake choices are better.

What's not to like about candy in a milkshake? It's a bit of a no-brainer, really. They have some tasty American things (Lucky Charms! Fluff!) that are
