Contribuisci feedbackThe food was tasty, wonderfully plated, and had a fair price point. The service, however, was a bit sluggish.
We arrived 5 minutes early and waited by the door for 10 minutes past our reservation time. The staff seemed preoccupied with chatting and taking delivery orders, and did not seat us or check on us. The service seemed slow, possibly due to understaffing. However, the food was amazing as always. We ordered using a QR code and received our food faster than if we had waited for the staff. We were also automatically charged extra for tips, which we found unfair as it should be optional. We will consider whether to return to this restaurant in the future.
Making a reservation at this restaurant was extremely challenging. Every time I called, the staff either didn't comprehend that I was trying to book for another day, or abruptly ended the call. The food was decent but nothing exceptional. We were required to serve ourselves using a QR code and were also charged a 25% service fee. I would have preferred to have table service considering the mandatory service charge.
Food was nice and I had £20 off with yums. On arrival there was an advert for happy hour cocktails for £7 so i ordered one but when the bill came I was charged £11 . This was because I was allowed no other promotions with my £20 off. I wouldn’t have ordered the cocktail had I known .
We were really disappointed with the service, and it seemed that half the restaurant had been blocked off . I was ignored for about 6 mins on arrival (they were maybe 50% full) and then ignored again (I had to find someone to take our order) the food came and was fine. Then I asked for the bill, ignored another 10 mins so I got up again to find the server and asked again for my bill. The service put us off completely. It was not busy and half the restaurant was empty.
