Don't waste your money here: quality drinks and food very bad, customer services very bad, the price really high! Completely overprices! I advise if you don't want to miss their decoration: go there, walk around, go toilets, take a picture and leave! They are not worth it at all!
Beautiful place for afternoon tea with a lovely selection of treats!!
My partner booked a meal here to celebrate my birthday and I must say I was super excited as this was my first 3 star Michelin meal. We both went for the set menu and I must say there were some really delicious plates as well as disappointing ones. Overall the food didn’t really live up to my expectations of a 3 Michelin star restaurant but the service was impeccable. One thing was that we had a bigger bill than we expected as some other tables drinks were mixed up with our table, we waited for the new bill and was given our drinks as free as an apology which was great.
One of the most beautiful restaurants in London! All the different rooms are a must see but I particularly enjoyed the pink room (the Gallery) the afternoon tea; it was a wonderful experience, starting with the service, the staff uniforms, walls and decorations, and the food didn’t disappoint either! It felt like a dream! The walls also have original prints and drawings by David Shrigley adding a sense of fun and just consolidates the feeling of being in a story. It felt like a wes anderson set.
What an experience! We had afternoon tea in The Gallery; great service, attentive staff and lovely atmosphere. The food was amazing; great flavours and very presentable. A special belated birthday treat enjoyed by all.
