I have to say a massive thank you to the staff who looked after us so well yesterday. We had booked the Drag brunch and as ever the welcome is lovely, the entertainment is top notch, the drinks free flowing and the food lovely. Unfortunately my 18 yr old daughter got a bit carried away on the drinks and was in a terrible state. The staff were so amazing, they didn’t try to get us out, they took her to a first aid room and were so so kind to her and let her rest up until she felt better, I am so very grateful. I absolutely love everything about Zebranos this is my 4th time there and would recommend it to everyone.

Dear Zebrano Soho Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your establishment on [01/06/2024]. I had reserved a table in advance to watch the Champions League match and paid for the reservation. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by several issues that I believe need to be addressed. 1. Seating Arrangement and Audio Issues : Despite my advance reservation, I was seated right next to the projector screen. The overhead projector was on maximum volume, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. 2. Immediate Charges for Drinks : When I ordered drinks for myself and my partner, we were charged immediately. We ordered a few more drinks throughout the night, and each time we were required to pay on the spot, which was inconvenient. 3. Food Quality : I ordered chicken wings, which were served completely cold and were inedible. This was very disappointing and unacceptable for the quality I expect from Zebrano Soho. 4. Billing Issues : At the end of the night, we were presented with a bill that included charges for all the drinks, despite having already paid for them throughout the evening. When I proved through my online banking that everything had been paid, no apology was offered for the mistake. Overall, my experience was far below the standards I expected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to avoid such issues in the future. Sincerely,

Booked to watch Eurovision! Had to ask call by phone to get TV to be turned up at the start of the show as was almost silent. Took 15 minutes to sort. All night long took over 26 mins to get drinks and Waiters stopped at 22:00. Very post experience overall!

Absolute moral misconduct. One of our young 18 year old friends left the club for some air, she was denied entry back into the club based on the fact she was a ‘single lady’. As a result of this, she was left exposed to harassment on the street which both bouncers, working 24th February 2024, saw and chose to ignore when she alerted them about it. What are bouncers for? Safety. By choosing to ignore the pleas of this vulnerable girl, these bouncers have failed to do their duty, furthermore, when we tried to discuss this in a calm way the bouncers refused to talk to us and accept our feedback, and therefore I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLUB TO ANYONE.
