It was visited with a party of 7 with booking confirmation of opentable and remindings to say there is a private function so our booking was not valid. apparently it was our fault as we had booked over opentable and not directly with them. I asked why she 't said open table and limited booking to say good, they usually do. so we need to find a table somewhere else, around 19 o'clock on Saturday night. disgusting service from the raffinerie and opentable!
Eating was very good and served without much delay. the wine was excellent and cheap. the room was well designed and with a lot of space. we were able to chat even though the music was louder than we wished. our waiter was passiw aggressiw and unambiguously new to the job came back to the table after ordering and said a court ordered was not available without returning the menu, brought the wein and started pouring without checking it was with us the wein whom we had ordered or offered a taste, and when we said we would share the bill that they had to leave us so that we had to pay back also the common mezze plate came quite obviously without sharing enough flat brot .. I guess the kitchen knows that.
I have booked a table for a Saturday afternoon, brautshow, table of 8. I had to change the booking so often what can happen if they have to do with a group, but the team has managed to have nothing too much! a great experience and I would highly recommend the service and the venue.
We 'd eaten here many times before, so felt confident it would be good. Our waiter was very pleasant, and efficient; very helpful. Starters: chicken skewers what would you expect? Chicken? On skewers? OOh no a version of rissole, deep fried, and tasting of stale, mushed up onion bhaji. Our bread was lovely. The accompanying oil and balsamic seemed homeopathic a small puddle of very low grade oil and a blink of vinegar. The mains arrived whilst we were still eating the starters. And those 'starters ' plates were never cleared afterwards .................. Duck salad was very good, we hear. Our seafood risotto loads of mussel shells, and a total of 3 mussels. A few hours later, both of us were ill. Never, ever again.
