Not sure the staff could be any ruder and didn’t honour my open table booking stating they don’t reserve tables under open table and as such I had no table reservation. Great news on a busy Friday evening

Just as the same experience as Scarlett (Soho) over staffed lack of service. The waiter whom served us was very dazed and didn't take attention to what I ordered the other staff were chatting amongst themselves rather than providing our drinks. Than we found out that a dish we ordered wasn't available which wasn't even stated til all food got served.

Fantastic Aussie styled restaurant. Outstanding steaks and cocktails with a wonderful service team!

After strolling down from Buckingham Palace towards Victoria Station we were looking for a nice place to eat at Nova.
