Honestly one of the most underrated places in London.
Absolutely delicious pasta, as confirmed by my partner, who grew up in italia. the dishes are inspired by the emilia romagna region, and all three pasta dishes we tried were excellent, plus a cheese course with gnocco fritto, and the prizes were fantastic. in any case recommend.
The pasta was excellent, definitiw a visit worth. the restaurant is quite small, so it can be a bit loud, but it was a great atmosphere.
This was the third time at Via Emilia and the food was as lovely as ever. I was abut disappointed with the mixed salad as it was too simple and a bit bland, maybe a different choice of salad or starter along with the typical fried bread would be a welcome change. The pasta was delicious as always. One more option of desert would be great too. Overall, Via Emilia offers great simple Italian food and the standard is very high and very authentic, so would definitely recommend a visit.
