The restaurant was stunning, with beautiful restrooms. The food was delightful, and while the atmosphere felt somewhat subdued—likely because it's a hotel restaurant—the overall experience was enjoyable. Initially, the service was excellent, but after the main course, it became quite difficult to get anyone's attention.

The service was terrible. We informed our waitress right at the beginning of the evening that we had tickets for a show at the Royal Albert Hall, so we were under time constraints. Despite this, she was extremely slow in taking our orders and serving us. Our reservation was for 6 PM, and the restaurant was nearly empty, with only two other tables occupied. At the end of the meal, our bill was incorrect, and we had to send it back for correction. While the food was delicious, the poor service overshadowed the overall dining experience.

The staff were friendly, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect! We enjoyed a three-course meal along with a few cocktails recommended by our waitress, and everything was fantastic! We've found our new go-to spot for Friday night dates!
