We have a little dog that fits in a handbag and all outdoor dinning that we have ever attended have never complained about us bringing our dog with us, until last night after a very enjoyable and perhaps the last meal at Wagamama! I really feel that Wagamama management seriously need to look into their current dog policy because for a dog loving country like the UK your current position of only guide dogs in your restaurants is one thing but not allowing dogs in your OUTSIDE dining areas is absolutely ridiculous, very extreme and in mine and many peoples opinion totally unnecessary. Kind regards, Roger”
Great service. Covid adjustments pretty good. Food delicious. Nice atmosphere and family friendly. Would return.
Food awesome! Staff are always so helpful and efficient. The food comes out so quickly and at the same time so we usually order our starter 1st and only when our starters arrive we order our mains.
Today, I chose to dine at Wagamama in Stratford Westfield and I regret my decision. My dining experience did not start off well as our first waitress seemed disinterested when we asked for sides to be brought out as they were ready. The main dishes were satisfactory, but they lacked the usual exciting flavors that Wagamama is known for. The dessert was the highlight of the meal. However, I left feeling unsatisfied and still hungry. Unfortunately, my partner fell ill after eating there. I used to enjoy Wagamama, but I will not be returning again.
We went to Wagamamas as we had a variety of dietary needs and menu costumes. Food did not disappoint at all, but staff were slow and very rude. Different people are allowed to take different orders, so I was serving my food while someone else was still receiving orders from other people in my group. The food line comes out at different times (which we hear relentlessly), but I think a person who ends before someone else has something is unreasonable. The staff was stressed, rude and the manager clearly leads with the example. We were 6 and each of us had a full meal and wine, so it wasn't a small bill, but clearly they couldn't bother us.
