Yoshida Sushi - London

I placed an order in the evening, but it took them over two hours to deliver my food and when it arrived, it was the wrong dish! I ordered a chicken noodle dish and received a seafood noodle dish instead. Their email address is useless as they have not responded to any of my inquiries. Their phone service conveniently went down when I called to complain, but was working fine when I visited the restaurant in person. I even went to pick up the food myself and found out they had just sent it out hours later. When I asked for a refund, Hussain, the manager, told me to email their email address and that their boss would process the refund. However, it has been months and I still have not received my refund or any confirmation. Do not order from this restaurant!

We ordered sushi at this restaurant and were extremely disappointed. The fish was very rotten and had a terrible smell, ruining our appetite. When we tried to return the sushi (which we had ordered for delivery), the employee was unhelpful and refused to give us a refund or replace the sushi with fresh fish. Despite our concerns about the quality of the food, they were rude and dismissive. We even reached out to the manager to request a replacement, as we were concerned about the health risks of serving such spoiled fish, but we never received a response. Be cautious and avoid dining here.

This is our go-to spot for ordering sushi! The customer service is exceptional and the food is always fresh and delicious. We have ordered from here numerous times and have never been disappointed - the food is consistently perfect!

Great value for money! You get your sushi straight away as it's ready made, yet absolutely fresh, tasty and very good price will definitely come back. Probably on weekly basis
