Zizzi - Bankside - London

Although we had to wait awhile for our booked table,as the previous diners were still eating dessert, they kept us updated and were very apologetic. We were then shown to a table with a lovely view of the river and London skyline. The service was attentive and friendly the pizzas were huge and delicious and very good value. We will definitely return on our next visit to London.

We had great service, our waitress was so good when my friend had a birthday and helped me keep the secret surprise cake. She also reserved me a really nice seat by the window. Thank you Zizzis!

Only two waiters for a restaurant that requires 5. Staff had very low moral and people were leaving after not being served. I took my wife there for a romantic evening. After sitting for 10 minutes we told that our drinks order will be taken in another 15 minutes. At this point we decided to leave as we were not happy with the atmosphere . We went to the Nando’s restaurant and iur food was served n less time thatbwe would have had to wait for our drinks order to be taken.

I made a reservation but the restaurant had no I reservation for me. Lucky they could squeeze me in.
