Ordered 8 sandy beaches without pickel they had all puckles. two more orders after our were special reports, and they were also wrong and the only apology visa of the chef was new and they were sent there only 4 pairs there and no upper in the drive thru.

Krystal stepped up their game. The Krystal chiks were juicy and meaty. The staff was friendly. The rest of the food was normal as you would expect. Will be back!

We are traveling and wanted to try a Krystal Burger, since we don’t have them in Louisiana. I just ordered 6 Krystal burgers with no onions and a chili cheese fry. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru, we got our order. All of the burgers had onions. So, my husband went into the store to get the burgers without onions (because we have 3 kids who do not like onions). I guess they just attempted to scrape the onions off because they still has onions after waiting another 7 minutes. My husband sat in the parking lot removing the onions from all 6 burgers. It wasn’t worth going back in again. Terrible service and really disappointed. We won’t be stopping by another Krystal Burger.

Hot, soft tiny burgers delivered to the drive through window quickly by a friendly face on an 11 pm stop. What more could we ask?Our large sack of burgers was consistently prepared and exactly what you expect from Krystal. They disappeared just as quickly as they arrived.

It had been awhile since we had eaten at a Krystal. Food was still good. The barbecue was really good, would eat there again if we go South.
