Mad Cow Grill - London

The first time was in many restaurants last time. So disappointed in the restaurant service was terrible. Children sit around the bar.

My first visit to the restaurant was quite a while ago, and I was looking forward to it. However, I was very disappointed this time. The service was terrible, and there were children sitting around the bar, which made the atmosphere less enjoyable.

Have heard so many good things about Mad Cow, so I finally went that I loved it, had the pulled pork grill cheese (not the right name) brilliant. Some say it's expensive, but you get the money. I had to make a box.

We were initially served soda, but no one offered to refill our drinks. The band came in, and the waitstaff seemed more focused on waiting for them than attending to the diners. They left the doors open for an hour, making the room uncomfortably cold. We had to eat in our winter coats, and our food got cold quickly, which is really disappointing—there's nothing worse than a cold potato. It felt like the band took priority over the customers who were there to enjoy dinner. We definitely won't be returning. The people at the table next to us didn't even receive utensils or napkins, and they said they won’t be coming back either!

I've heard so many positive things about Mad Cow, so I finally decided to visit, and I loved it! I tried the pulled pork grilled cheese (though I know that’s not the exact name), and it was fantastic. The loaded fries were equally amazing. Some people mention that it’s a bit pricey, but I believe you definitely get your money's worth. I even had to get a takeout box!
