Texas Roadhouse - London

This was my first visit to this location, and I was impressed! The food was served quickly and came out piping hot. I sat at the bar, and the waitress was exceptionally friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

We are locals and have tried many times to get a good meal here but it literally just never happened not even when they first opened!! Good luck getting a cactus blossom before your meal if you even get one . Every time I order a steak or prime rib I usually get a loaded sweet potato and yet to get them at the same times . Steak will be gone before I get all my meal or I get a sweet potato then steak 20 minutes later . My wife gets loaded cheese fries or and cheeseburger and yet to be warm or not loaded with hair . My wife loves Texas Roadhouse and that’s the only reason we keep trying it but today is the last . We have ate here probably 15 times and I can’t remember a good experience. Don’t waste your time and let them mess up your day .

The food was great, the waiter was tremendous, excellent young man,I believe his name is Kevin. This is the first time I've ate at the London Kentucky Texas Roadhouse. My wife she also enjoyed her meal. They were 12 of us altogether celebrating my niece Danielle birthday.Wheelchair accessibility: There's no problem with a person that has to use a wheelchair that I seen of

I absolutely love this restaurant! Even though it's a steak house, I decided to try the BBQ ribs, and I must say, Sonny's has some serious competition. These ribs were incredibly delicious—definitely one of the best BBQ meals I’ve had in a long time. The service was excellent as always, and the wait time was pleasantly short.

Service? It's frustrating to constantly have to request things that should already be provided. For example, we had to ask for bread, and by the time it arrived, our meals were almost halfway finished. Then we realized we needed butter. The salad came with hardly any dressing on it. As I was nearing the end of my meal, I found myself out of water and had to go without. That was my experience at Texas Roadhouse.
