Boston Pizza - London Canada

We went for my mom's birthday not realizing that September was kid's eat free (the restaurant was so loud and was pure chaos). The food was fantastic and so was the service though! I tried the honey dill chicken power bowl and it did not disappoint! Paires with the Jackson-Triggs red wine it was perfect. We will be back, but maybe not until kid's eat free month is over (lol)

Been to Boston Pizza many times and usually have an overall good experience at this location. However tonight, they were not busy and extremely slow on everything. Took them a long time to bring us our drinks, take our order and took 30 minutes to bring us our dessert. They got multiple orders wrong.When we asked for our bill, we gave up waiting after 35 minutes and went to the front counter to ask for our bill a second time, to then see our waitress sitting behind the bar chatting with a Co Worker.

Our server, Chris, was amazing. Kept our drinks full and our food was great. Got the Baked Seven Cheese Ravioli with Alfredo sauce and cheese toast and absolutely delicious food. Got amazing service and devoured the Chocolate Explosion cake as seen in the photo! Great job Chris!!!

Food was good. Really impressed by the Hawaiian (I'm not opposed to pineapple pizza, but I won't order it).They definitely maintain/exceed franchise standards. Pizza was cooked properly and came out promptly.Service was a little disorganized. We were a table of 8, and despite an empty restaurant they struggled to figure out how to seat us.

Had dinner at Boston pizzaWe ordered the new taco bowl carbonara cauliflower crust pizza.Our food was below par especially for the price. Pizza was undercooked as well as the taco bowl. The rice in the bowl was undercooked and hard, meat was cold and fatty.Overall the meal wasn’t good. I didn’t eat my bowl.The manager came over with a less than impressed attitude, asking what was wrong with our meal. After stating things being undercooked he proceeded to say “ ya the pizza crust is from frozen so when we pull it out sometimes it’s not totally done” .My thoughts would be “ well then wouldn’t you put it back in?”But I just bit my tongue.He took the taco bowl off our bill.And sent us with a to go box for our pizza.Over all the experience was awful.It definitely won’t be a location I will be returning too.
