The meal was quite disappointing. My fish and chips were overly greasy, and the chips were undercooked. However, the children's menu was actually impressive. We ended up leaving most of our food untouched. The atmosphere was decent, but overall, it just wasn't worth the money spent.

The risotto was excessively dry, so I sent it back and opted for the cheesecake, which was quite good. Unfortunately, my server was quite difficult to deal with, as he did not listen when I sent the risotto back and placed a new order. I had to really push to get them to remove the charge for the risotto and the associated service fee. There was partly a language barrier involved, but ultimately, I was able to resolve the situation to my satisfaction after some persistence. This was a first experience like this for me at a Hilton restaurant.

We were searching for an upscale restaurant close to our hotel, which unfortunately didn't have its own dining option. We came across this place on TripAdvisor and were able to secure a table when other restaurants were fully booked. The service was excellent, and the meal was truly delicious.

Arrived at restaurant who had no notice of our reservation through Open Table, fortunately restaurant was empty and seating was not an issue. Food was OK, would not rush back.

The waiter knew we were pre theatre. We arrived for our booking at 5:30pm and did not get our drinks until 6pm. We ordered main courses the aubergine looked nice but the roast beef and yorkshire puddings were very disappointing. The meat was overcooked and dry. The yorkshires were Aunt Bessies!!! There was no gluten free gravy and no horseradish sauce. If you have roast beef on a menu the least you can do is provided horseradish and proper home made yorkshire puddings. Nothing could be easier. The service was slow and overall I expected much better than this from the Hilton. This did not provide value for money.
