A -1 Asian Buffet - London

I’ve ordered here for a few years now and I love it the food is always fresh and hot and they always fill it to the top amazing!!

I’ve ordered from here multiple times. I always say no meat no fish please on my order. Once I had shrimp, when I called they fixed it immediately. I ordered again today and I said no meat no fish on my order and when I got it, there was shrimp on it. I called to let them know and got yelled at from whoever answered the phone. She then handed the phone off to I assume the manager that continued yelling at me that I said no meat no fish so that’s why he put shrimp on it. I informed him shrimp is meat and I said not to. He continued to yell over me, told me I couldn’t speak English (it’s my first and only language lol) and I need to google. In informed him I speak English perfectly fine and that my instructions were pretty clear; that his lack of English is what made this confusion a mess. Never ordering from here again. If they mess up your order be prepared to get yelled at and told you’re wrong ??

I pre-ordered food with a 6:30 delivery time. The food arrived at 4pm. One of the items was not what I ordered.

I feel very bad for leaving this review but the husband of this business is very abusive to his wife for every single issue.. even tho it is His fault. He screams at customers who come in to place orders, denies them and can not reopen in store dining because 95% of their food is just microwave heated and sent out.. I find it majorly concerning that they've managed to exist this long. Not to mention they are the same owners of mings buffet who caused years of food poisoning but with a different name.. I tried them several times since not realizing but always terrible food and service. Not worth it.Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options are a joke. It's all cooked in meat/oils/juices etc. Expect an allergic reaction if you have one.

I 'd give negative stars if Google gave the option.This place is nasty.All the meat was soggy, and full of chewy gross gristle meat type substance.Called in to let owner know, and he proceeded to yell at me, and defended the gross food they sold me for $80.Worst Chinese I 've ever eaten....EVER.I couldn 't even finish my plate, hopefully I don 't get sick from this nasty stuff.
