We have been to the Wellington Rd location several times and have always enjoyed the excellent food and service. However, our experiences at the New Oxford St location were disappointing. It wasn't the food that let us down, but both times we requested Arby's sauce and horse sauce and both times we didn't receive them. Tonight's visit was particularly bad as the drink was flat and undrinkable. When trying to file a complaint on the website, it seemed impossible to do so. It seems like the staff at the Oxford St location could benefit from the training at the Wellington Rd location, otherwise, it's unlikely that this store will survive for long.
I waited in line for 20 minutes before finally ordering a meal of chicken strips, onion rings, and a shake. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing everything away because the food was cold and the chicken strips were dried out. The curly fries and onion rings were also cold. The wait was so long that I expected the food to be fresh. It was a terrible experience. I visited the restaurant at 4:40 pm on February 17th, and when I left, the line of cars was wrapped around the building.
We recently stopped at Arby's for lunch and tried the steak and bacon melt sandwich, the petite fillet steak with cheddar cheese, pepper bacon, crispy onions and a steakhouse Ranch sauce. The sandwich was okay, but the sauce doesn't have much taste.
We recently stopped at Arby's for a quick lunch and had the Bourbon Bbq Brisket which is brisket, brown sugar bacon and bourbon bbq sauce, cheddar cheese and crispy onions on a bun. It was quite good for a fast food type restaurant. It was a limited time meal but was very good. Restaurant was clean and server was friendly.
