Boston Pizza - London

The staff was friendly but things were so SLOW! I waited 8-10 min at front door just to be seated. There were no staff visible in dining or bar. I was one of 3 people in restaurant and they still messed up the order and took 25 min to make nachos. Hubby came late to dinner but We are still waiting for his burger and fries after 25 min.Kid-friendliness: It’s definitely kid friendly. There’s a 3 year old having birthday party beside us.

LOVE THIS RESTAURANT AND LOCATION!!!!! always such good service, food comes fairly quick, servers are so nice! 10/10

Great service! Great food! Came for sons b day as it his favourite restaurant. We are always very pleased with this place!! Hari is a great server and was so good with my young children.

We asked for a Coke to drink and the server said No Problem . She returned with the drinks, and it was Pepsi. When we mentioned to her that we asked for Coke and was given Pepsi, she said, and I quote It 's the same thing .Well, real Coke and Pepsi drinkers know there is a difference and they are not the same thing. All we ask is please tell us it 's Pepsi products if we ask for a Coke. Thank you!

Good was good, service was good, restaurant needs a good clean. The pictures on the wall directly beside our booth were filthy. There was food stuck to the wall. We had a couple of fruit flies that we swatted away the entire time we dined.
